Welcome to Kemper's Bluff, POC

We are happy to share our one-of-a-kind property in Port O'Connor.

As sixth generation Texans, the coastal bend is in our blood and there's no better way to enjoy its beauty than POC.  Being located on a bluff overlooking the water provides a unique chance to experience the sunrises, green water, birds migrating, and baitfish schooling on Matagorda Bay.

The property has a rich history in conservation.  Two former owners having been heavily involved in gulf coast conservation efforts thru participation in both the original GCCA and the Matagorda Bay Foundation.  We'd like to continue on that tradition by giving back 10% of each stay to those 2 organizations.
